Sweetheart Table or Head table???

I have a wedding party of 16 (including me and my fiance). Our venue has given us the option of either a sweetheart table or a head table for all 16 of us. What do you guys recommend? Would we blend in too much if we just had a sweetheart table?

either way works, it really depends you what you prefer. its up to you. For my wedding, I want to have my bridesmaids right next to me to remind me of when to change, let me know when someting was in my teeth, fix my necklace, steal my food.. etc

im going to do a headtable, but my wedding party isnt quite as large as yours. we only have 8. i just think the idea of a head table is more fun. plus it makes your wedding party stand out a bit more and gives them some recognition as the people you wanted to be apart of your special day

we're going to do a sweetheart table. i like this idea since it allows the bridal party to sit with their dates

Personally, I having the sweetheart table so that it allows my fiance and I to have some alone time during the day. With so many things going on in one day, I want to make sure we both had a moment to ourselves in the midst of it to enjoy it with one another, since that day is about us, and to take it all in, together.
