How do i get my future mother inlaw to step out of my finaces way and let her plan the damn wedding

I mean its not my mother inlaws wedding and she is controlling her its driving me insane.

Since you guys seem to clash.. it may be best to write a letter / email. It is important in the letter to address her concerns first and find a solution where you guys can both have a part in the planning. Have your fiance reads and approves the letter since you guys should be on the same page.

If she responds well to that, work out a clear cut list of what she should be involved in. Anything you can refer back to in writing usually will calm disputes.
