is $6'000 good for a nice little wedding

The wedding would be at a church, only $ 100.00
the reciption is at a hall only $1'600 not incloding food but including table clothes and family will make food. i will have to dress the chair all 240 chairs @ the price of $399.00 for all chairs. what do u think could i pull it off with only $6'000 to spend?
